中国卒中学会中风120特别行动组以及宾大全球中风项目在北京宾大沃顿中心举办第三届“中风120中风院前延误国际研讨会“，本次会议的主题是：青年卒中院前延误及对策研讨。时间是2019年6月30号12：30—-17:30。秉承以往的传统，我们将评选中风120特别行动组先锋站及中风120英雄。会议主要内容将写成文章发表。本次会议邀请了英国国家卫生服务中风临床主任Anthony Rudd教授作为主讲嘉宾之一。本次活动还特别邀请了获得电影纪录片国际U奖的“My Beautiful Broken Brain” 《我美丽破碎的大脑》电影导演兼主演，也是年轻中风存活者Charlotte Sodderland女士（艺名Lotje Sodderland）作为特邀嘉宾参加讨论，我们还将来自美国、欧洲、台湾、香港、澳门以及内地的专家同道参与。
